  3. Transnational Partnership Meeting in Italy
    Two abstract reports from the Phases n. 2 and n. 3 have been upload in the Downloads section. The first one is referred to an analysis of the agri-food/fruit and vegetables sector contexts and state of the art of VET; the second one collects the considerations based on the first one and on which TAS training approach is based.

  4. International Partnership Meeting in Italy
    From 29th to 31st January 2007, the third partnership meeting has been held in Italy - Napoli (Hotel San Francesco al Monte).The partnership has developed some important and strategical tools for the next working activities to be implemented during the following work packages:
    • analysis of the data from the interviews to the privileged witnesses;
    • final and shared protocol of the TAS training methodology;
    • protocol of the experimentation phase;
    • definition of a pre-curriculum of basic knowledge and competences for the Agricultural Entrepreneurs;
    • structure in order to define the training pathway for the Agricultural Entrepreneurs;
    • referential of competences for the profile of the consultant / trainer

    Serifo has also organized a technical visit of the partnership to a group of 16 Agricultural Entrepreneurs in order to let them experiment on the field the territorial organization of Serifo and its preliminary activity to define the focus group for the experimentation of the training methodology.     Meeting internazionale di partenariato in Italia - Napoli Dal 29 al 31 gennaio 2007, stato organizzato in Italia - Napoli (Hotel San Francesco al Monte) il terzo incontro di partenariato del progetto TAS. Il partenariato ha sviluppato alcuni importanti e strategici strumenti per le successive attivit di lavoro che dovranno essere implementate nelle successive fasi di lavoro:

    • analisi dei dati dai testimoni privilegiati;
    • protocollo finale e condiviso della metodologia formativa TAS;
    • protocollo per la fase di sperimentazione;
    • definizione di un pre-curriculum di conoscenze e competenze di base per gli Imprenditori Agricoli;
    • struttura per la definizione del percorso formativo agli Imprenditori Agricoli;
    • referenziale di competenze per il profilo del consulente / formatore.

    La Serifo ha anche organizzato una visita tecnica del partenariato presso un gruppo di 16 Imprenditori Agricoli per consentirgli di sperimentare sul campo l'organizzazione territoriale della Serifo e la sua attivit propedeutica alla definizione del focus group per la sperimentazione della metodologia formativa.   6. First International Seminar in Italy - 01 December 2005
    The first international Seminar of "TAS for AGRIFORM" project has been held in Italy from Serifo srl with the participation of some partners.
    The Seminar has taken place in Naples - Meetings Centre of Jolly Hotel.
    Its aim was to discuss about "Agricultural Entrepreneurs and Vocational Training: a possible meeting!".
    The interventions were centred on the possibility to introduce the TAS for AGRIFORM project and to describe the situation of the Agricultural and VET sectors in Italy, Bulgaria and Spain, as partners Countries of the project. In particular, Mrs. Maria Della Giovampaola has introduced Serifo srl and its strategy in the Agricultural Sector;
    Mr. Perrotta has summarised the TAS for AGRIFORM project and its reference context;
    Prof. Maura Striano from the Faculty of Training Sciences of the University of Florence has reported on "Learning of old aged people and thoughtful experiences"
    Mr. Fernando Leon Nunez has introduced the Agricultural Vocational Training strategies in Spain;
    Mr. Aleksandar Tonkov has introduced the Agricultural Vocational Training strategies in Bulgaria.

  7. First International Meeting in Italy - 02 December 2005

    The first international meeting has been organized in Italy from Serifo srl in Naples. The meeting has been centered on;

    • the reporting on the previously realized activities;
    • the implementation strategies of the next work packages of the project, especially for the search activities;
    • the improvement of the website;
    • the financial statement of the project.

TAS for AGRIFORM is a pilot project co-founded by the European Commission in the framework of Leonardo da Vinci Programme.

The main aim is to encourage the establishment of links between Vocational Training sector and the Agricultural Entrepreneurs.

The project, through singling out of a training methodology tailor made on Agricultural Entrepreneurs, wants to provide with a valid work tool the trainers involved in actions addressed to our project target, guaranteeing to the Entrepreneurs the possibility to have training pathways methodologically based on their skills and their actual needs.
